Somewhere back in the beginning of August, Hyrum & I went back-to-school shopping; just us, no sisters! I let him choose the restaurant and he picked the Chinese buffet. This is how we do chopsticks in Idaho:
The week after school started, the PTO had a fundraiser "Jog-a-thon" where the kids asked for donations. Mostly because Grandpa wasn't in the right frame of mind, but also because Hyrum did 9 laps around the track in a half hour (and worked his little tail off), he was a high earner. He was so excited and worked hard.
Besides the monetary support, he had Gmummsie, Aunt Decca, Poppa, Dad, Mom, Riley and Lindsay all there to support him and run/jog/walk/waddle with him.
