Springtime Shannigans

With the very mild winter and spring that we had this year, we did a lot of fun activities in April. One day we took our bikes to the church parking lot and rode around. 

 We got four baby goats this year. A set of twins and then two baby pygmy's (pig-a-mee as Lindsay calls them).

Easter Week

We had an enjoyable week over Easter, despite being sick some of the time. We had a passover supper. I didn't realize we had brought so many weapons to the table.

 And one of our favorite things about Easter is remembering that because of Jesus Christ, we can be resurrected and live as a family again, including our special Jeb.

Don't Fool a Fool, Fool!

Kelsey gave herself a full body oatmeal treatment. Her skin was amazing! Not really. She still deals with eczema (that is called an anti-joke. Look it up online.)

 Riley whacked her hair. Everyone LOVES it and she donated her braid to Locks of Love. The only sad thing was she got sick the day of her haircut :(

 And here we have the best April Fool's Prank Ever! Take the powdered "cheese" out of the mac n' Cheese box & mix it with water and put it in the Sunny D bottle. Oh the reactions were hilarious. I got them all on video. Hyrum said it tasted different, then drank some more; Lindsay wouldn't drink anymore; Riley had a second sip as well. And this was after we had all had that nasty flu bug. I was hoping no one would vomit. We didn't get Evan with the Sunny D drink, but Riley dumped all of the mac & cheese noodles in his boot. That got him for a second!

 And surprisingly, after that cruel trick, Lindsay & Allison were begging to try my green smoothie! Silly girls.

A few days later, the weather even played an April Fool's joke on us. Snow in the morning to fire pit in the evening!
