Spring Break: Part 3, Bowling with Pulsiphers

For the first time, we went to Burley's bowling alley with the Pulsipher girls.
I'm sorry, but Lindsay's little bowling shoes were the cutest thing in the world!

And they had just gotten over the stomach flu. So, to end our spring break, we all got the stomach flu as well :( Uck!

Spring Break: Part 2, Temple Square

After Loveland Aquarium, we stayed the night in the hotel across the interstate and invited Janeen & her boyfriend, Mac to come swim with us. It was fun and the kids LOVED it. I think it was their favorite part of the trip.

The next morning we went to Temple Square. We walked 5 miles that day and the kids were troopers.

Hyrum & his sibling(s). Literally.
 SLC Temple
Riley in the Joseph Smith Memorial Bldg. Looking regal and royal.

Spring Break: Part 1, Loveland Aquarium

The fish of Brazil or of the Amazon exhibit. The fish had buck teeth. Weird.

Lindsay's 3rd Bday

Sweet Lindsay turned the BIG 3, Mar. 19th (I'm a little behind blogging.) I had a baby stroller for her, but didn't end up giving it to her. With my friend's Amazon Prime account, I ordered her a pink princess guitar and had it delivered ON her bday! She LOVES it. The only pics I have are actually videos, so I'll have to post the pics of her boots from Grandmummsie instead. She also LOVES her pink cowgirl boots and her darling levi jacket from Gma Vicki.  My Lindsay is my helper. She has a quick smile and melts hearts...especiallly her daddy's. She loves the animals and is great to help out. She loves to snuggle and doesn't like to be alone in the dark. She's a lot more timid than my other kids and prefers Mom or Grandma or Dad.

And some chicken pics we found at D&B in Twin Falls.

My little Sunbeam!!

Yavruian Cousins

I got to watch Jack and Allison one day. We LOVED it!
 Coloring
 Fighting
 Sharing sip cups
Eating goldfish....with water added. Well, they seemed to love it.

Cowgirls and Pi

Kels & Linz like the horses. Kelsey on Kelly Bear, Gma Vicki's horse.
 Lindsay on Lefty.
They match! Not too long ago, it was Ri & Linz.
Janelle sent me a pic of her feet and a book overlooking the beautiful ocean horizon. I sent her this in reply:
This year the number Pi worked out : 3.19159265359. Hyrum's 2nd grade class actually made PI shirts. The first pic was a practice shot and shows that Ri and Linz were there.
About a minute late, at the ACTUAL PI time, Riley and Lindsay were both yelling on the floor and I was just trying to get the shot. Thanks Hy & Kels :)
Riley had two bottom teeth pulled. What a trooper she was. Thanks Dr. Johnson (Dad's counselor in the Stake Presidency & Dad's 2nd cousin).

Warm March day

Hy swinging, Kelsey's leg, Linz shoveling, Riley & Grandmummsie lying on the tramp. All-in-one picture.
All three girls in the Burley bike trailer. But.....
.....which bike would you rather ride?

Hy at the frog relay race for Cub Scout pack mtg. He won the Wolf heat. And I think he got 3rd in the final race. Way to go Speedy Frog!

Israelsen Reality TV

This stuff isn't even rehearsed!

Gopher trapping for family home evening.
Kelsey is supervising. By the look on her face, all is NOT well.
Please, no one ever tell my children that the horse in Walmart actually moves if you put money in it. One day, they'll figure it out and they'll have to go through years of therapy to get over it.
Typical morning at the Israelsen house with eccentric hair dos, angry eyes, and frequent trips to the bathroom.

Lindsay & I were going over colors. I asked her what color her shirt was, wondering what she'd say b/c we hadn't talked about the color brown. Lindsay: CHOCOLATE!! And then she told me that she'd like some chocolate because it makes her feel better. That's MY girl!!!!

Riley (sniffing some roses Ev bought me): Mmmmm.....they smell like carrots!

Ri: I want to go on my mission to....Elba! (Elba is a neighboring town here and Ev was talking about it being pretty). Way to expand your horizons, Ri!!

Hy: A mission gets you in shape for marriage.

Ri: Eye drops hurt, not cough drops. (This comes from when she had her eye surgery).

Linz: "Mommy, you spilled" in a sing-songy, mockery voice
Me: We don't talk that way.
Linz: "Mommy, you spilled, please!" in a sweet voice

Linz: I have a snail in my finger (I think she meant nail)

Riley put her blue "Frozen" blanket over her head "Let's have a play. I am the WATERFALL!"
