Baths...

After Miss Molly protected her babies from a SKUNK!!, she was in dire need of help. I decided to try the home remedy of a tomato bath. Did it work? Umm....I don't know. It may have helped but maybe it was just the fact that I washed her. Miss Molly was not impressed.

Austin, our 3 year old neighbor, decided that the corgi pups needed a bath.... Yeah, I was grateful that I was there to save them ;)

This is probably the only appropriate picture of Buzzy taking a bath at Grandma's. Her tub is basically like a swimming pool. It was great!

A Glimpse of the Past

Back in December, Hyrum fell and got this HUGE goose egg on his head. I was somewhat worried about it, but he came out of it all right. I was telling my sister about the pic that I had on my screen saver b/c I thought it was kind of funny now...so here it is! (Top one)

Going to IDAHO!

We are going to Idaho for the weekend to help Dad with grain harvest. I'm pretty excited and dreading it at the same time. I always love to see my family and I can't wait to see my friends from Malta. The things I am dreading are: 1) shopping--when you live in rural NV, you have to buy a ton of things anytime you go anywhere near a town; 2) someone has moved into our new "old" house and it will probably be a little bit hard for me to see someone else living there; and 3) Mom's little corgi, Darla died after getting hit by a truck. Darla was a special little dog to me and I hate the thought of going to the garage and not being greeted by the little ball of fur.
This is one of Darla's last pictures after a "mud bath." I love it.

Spitz

Evan loves sunflower seeds. Especially Spitz. Hy has waited long for his entry into the "manhood" of sunflower seed chewing and spitting. While in Arizona, he had his first experience. I had the camera to capture the experience.
